Raleigh is Growing

On Thursday, April 28, 2022, Raleigh is Growing presented Raleigh Fashion Fest at Smoky Hollow. The ultimate local fashion, food, and shopping experience boosted more than 75 local vendors, sponsors, and partners while entertaining a crowd of more than 1,200 coming together to activate the community and raise $8,757 + priceless awareness for The Women’s Center, our local charity partner.

LOCAL FOOD + DRINKS + MUSIC

While sipping on cocktails from Young Hearts Distilling, guests shopped at local boutiques and small businesses while listening to the musical stylings from Adam Lee Decker Music, Oren Bailey & Dom Bisbee.

Raleigh Rum Company brought the heat with their signature Reaper Rum Cocktails while guests enjoyed grabbing a bit to eat at local favorite Damp Good BBQ, Berto’s Chimis Food Truck, or a pie from V Pizza!

Milk Lab was there with their signature boba tea specials + local breweries Mordecai Beverage Co and Raleigh Brewing Company and for the wine drinkers, The Raleigh Wine Shop!

Grazin’ Gals popped up with the cutest “shopcuterie cups” and for those with a sweet tooth we had our friends, Sift Macarons and Cookie Queen slingin’ the goodies.

RUNWAY SHOW

Smoky Hollow came alive when Models for Charity took to the runway to showcase the Spring 2022 fashion trends from over 20 local boutiques, most of them available to shop the looks that night at their popup booths.

DJ Supr Dupr Man kept the crowd hype during the runway show that brought down the house not once but twice! Thank you to Alietha’s Sunkissed Tans for the model’s glow and Pinup Studio for the runway hair and makeup.

THE VIP LOUNGE

For our VIPs, we took over The Line Apartment’s second-story clubroom and pool patio for the ultimate luxury experience featuring the first sips and tastes from Smoky Hollow’s soon-to-open Madre and J.Lights Market & Cafe.
